Stephanie Marcil Meeker is a faith-based author, educator and children’s ministry leader who proudly calls northern Virginia home.  Originally from Massachusetts, she has spent decades investing in children and families as a teacher, piano instructor, and ministry leader. 

Her debut memoir, When the Unthinkable Happens, shares the true story of navigating profound loss through faith, hope, and the sustaining presence of God. Stephanie writes with honesty and compassion, encouraging readers who are facing grief, unexpected trials, or life’s difficult seasons. 

When she’s not writing, Stephanie enjoys exploring local trails and spending time with family and friends. She loves connecting with readers through local bookstores, book clubs, churches, and community events, where she hopes her story will inspire hope, healing, and resilient faith.
